The Hallen am Borsigturm centre in Berlin-Tegel represents perfect symbiosis between a historical building and modern shopping centre architecture.
SCC assisted the developer in the design and letting of this retail and leisure complex covering more than 31,000 m² and has been able to obtain a number of well-known tenants for the centre.

After the successful opening in March 1999 SCC was commissioned to act as consultant to the centre's own management team.
