A Modern European Shopping Center

Even if the first impression of the new City Quartier is not the one of a typical shopping center, meanwhile we consider it a modern type of a European shopping center.
Because of the high proportion of retail space in the new building called City Quartier Neues Kranzler Eck at the historical corner of Kurfürstendamm and Joachimstaler Straße in Berlin City-West SCC was called to support the management in all retail related questions since march 2001.

The complex opened in December 2000 and meanwhile is well established in the market. The positive development was supported by a series of marketing programs. Through people flow evaluation and polling SCC verified this as the right way to a successful center.
